Alwynn encourages proper postural alignment, fluid movement, strength and flexibility. Her classes are a slow burn and build toward a full-body workout. Alwynn’s holistic teaching style is both challenging and nurturing so that you can take your practice from the studio and into your day-to- day life. Expect to ignite and discover muscles you didn’t know you had and to feel freer and more balanced. 

Now focused on Pilates and body movement, Alwynn used to be a tennis pro and was also a baker and even a wedding planner, which could explain her ability to kill the song High School Confidential at karaoke.
