Keeping with the principles of Essentrics (elongating the muscles, strengthening while lengthening and not using weights) the Essentrics Barre workout will tone long lean muscles and increase your flexibility. We incorporate two barre heights to ensure you stretch at the proper angles and develop your muscles in the most lengthened way
