Josephine’s movement classes are engaging, positive, very detailed and extremely motivating. Her instruction and cues are clear and concise allowing you to test your limits and train safely and effectively. There are quirky jokes, lots of smiles, the occasional groan and absolutely no judgment.
Though she failed gym in elementary school, movement and fitness became critical when she learned the power it had to transform her thoughts, her mood and her life. Since then she hasn’t stopped moving and has made it her goal to help others improve their physical and mental health.
