Kerry joins the Framewrk team as a certified Pilates and Barre instructor and is currently training to teach Pilates Reformer. She believes that one of the keys to fitness and overall well-being is developing a regular practice of functional movement to improve body awareness both on and off the mat to bolster your overall health allowing you to feel stronger, happier and well balanced.
Taking a holistic approach, her classes are fun, motivating, challenging, mindful and uplifting so that students thrive during their workouts and outside the studio. You’ll work your entire body from head-to-toe, feel the burn and experience a few shakes and quakes as you work on strength and alignment.
Kerry loves a good workout and motivating her students to optimizing their health and fitness. She’s a whirlwind of energy, and she survived a tornado!
