WHERE IS THE FRAMEWRK STUDIO?

We’re located at 9 Davies Avenue, Suite 206 just north of Queen Street east of the Riverside Bridge by the entrance to the Don Valley Parkway north.

Take the stairs at the street entrance to the second floor then turn right and right again to find us. The building is equipped with an elevator however if you require access from the street, please let us know in advance so we can help.

 

IS THERE PARKING?

There is free one-to three-hour street parking in the neighbourhood but be mindful of the signs as the parking ticket people are active. Additionally there is metered parking on Queen Street East outside of rush hours and two Green P lots on the NE and NW corners of Queen and Broadview.


ARE YOU TTC ACCESSIBLE?

We’re right on the Queen Street 501 streetcar line. The stop is Carroll Street from the east and west.


WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Comfortable workout clothing is ideal. Most of our classes are barefoot unless otherwise noted. For the more intense cardio-based classes you may want to wear running shoes.

If you’re wearing your work or street clothes, you can change into your workout gear
in our dressing room.

And if you want a towel to mop your sweat, we provide them free.


DO I NEED A MAT? 

We have beautiful, eco-friendly non-toxic rubber Manduka yoga mats for you to use free of charge. Additionally we have blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets for you to use in your practice.


I’M SORE, CAN I STILL WORKOUT?

Framewrk functional movement classes are designed for all levels of fitness. Most of our classes are based in strength and flexibility training making them ideal for sore and rehabilitating bodies.

All of our instructors are knowledgeable and intuitive and will accommodate your physical strengths and limitations to ensure you have a safe, effective and happy workout.


ARE THERE DROP-IN CLASSES?

Yes! We welcome drop-ins and offer a range of class options. There are monthly memberships as well as multiclass passes available to suit your schedule and workout needs.
